Thank you for your interest in our layaway program. Items that qualify will have an additional “Layaway” button next to the “Add to Cart” button. In order for you to view which items qualify make sure you don’t have any other items in your cart.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY

Layaway Period – Orders may be placed on layaway for a maximum period of 6 months. (Subject to Change) Customers have the option of paying the layaway order balance in full at any time prior to the completion of the  layaway period. The expiration date is also displayed during your checkout process, be sure to add it to your calendar so you don’t forget!

Payment Terms – Orders placed on layaway require at least 30% down payment plus applicable taxes and shipping charges for the order. The deposit will be automatically calculated for you during checkout.

Eligibility – Only select items of $200 or more may qualify for the layaway program.

Allowed Forms of Payment – All except gift cards.

Discounts – No online discounts, gift cards, or coupons may be used in conjunction with a layaway order unless otherwise approved by Serenity.

Refunds – Layaway deposit, payments and related charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Returns/Exchanges – Returns or exchanges are not accepted on layaway orders. Please be sure you review the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase.

Expiration/Cancellation – We will always attempt to contact you prior to any changes on your account. Please provide multiple contact options during initial sign up. Any layaway balance not paid upon expiration  layaway period will result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit, payments and related charges.
